Return Policy for Global Workwear Webshop

At Global Workwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below.

1. Returns Overview You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

2. Eligibility for Returns The following items are eligible for return:

• Unused and unworn workwear with original tags attached
• Defective or damaged items (please see the next section for details)

The following items are non-returnable:

• Goods that have been embroidered, badged, or printed.
• Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
• Items that have been worn or washed
• Gift cards

3. Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at shop@globalworkwear.co within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Our team will send you a return authorisation  and instructions for shipping the item back.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process to return the original item, and then place a new order for the desired item.

7. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
