Terms and Conditions for Global Workwear Webshop

Welcome to Global Workwear. By accessing and using our website www.globalworkwear.co – you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Products and Content We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If a product does not meet your expectations, please refer to our Returns Policy.
4. Order Process All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Should there be any issues with your order, we will contact you directly.
Global Workwear withhold the right to refuse orders, at their sole discretion, for (but not limited to):
- (a) Offensive words and slogans
(b) Offensive graphics and icons - (a) copyrighted material
(b) copyrighted images or phrases - It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have permission / access to use any copyrighted material, phrases, logos or images

5. Pricing and Payments Prices are listed in £ Sterling and may change without notice. Payment can be made via Card (over the phone) Paypal, Bank transfer or Card via Stripe (Online). All payments are processed securely.
6. Shipping and Delivery Shipping details, including costs and delivery times, will be provided at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within (Plain Items 2/3 working days, Branded items 5/10 working days) but delivery times may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds We offer a 14 day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at shop@globalworkwear.co
Refunds will be processed in accordance with UK Law and refunded within 14 days of receiving any returned goods, please note a returns reference must be raised before any goods can be returned.
- Global Workwear reserve the right to attempt to repair/uplift any garments prior to providing a replacement.
Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:
- Goods that have been embroidered, badged, or printed.
- Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Global Image (UK) Ltd / TA Global Workwear, our affiliates/Partners and is protected by copyright laws.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Workwear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the UK. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of England.
